1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fbajee ("we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the fbajee website at fbajee.one, the fbajee mobile application, and all associated gaming services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on fbajee, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the fbajee platform.

2 Eligibility

To register and use fbajee, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including any self-exclusion you have applied through fbajee's own responsible gaming tools.
You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when registering or placing bets.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

fbajee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

3 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on fbajee. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering your fbajee account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. You must update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

Your account password must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify fbajee support immediately.
fbajee will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly dormancy fee of ৳50 BDT, deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated.

fbajee reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, including where we have reason to believe that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that is harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

fbajee processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 BDT. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 BDT.

Deposits are credited to your fbajee wallet in real time under normal operating conditions. If a deposit does not appear within 15 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (8am–midnight BDT). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed the following morning.
fbajee may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals above ৳10,000 BDT. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and is not a reflection on the player's account standing.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit into the same account. This policy exists to prevent fraud and money laundering.
fbajee does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside fbajee's control.
Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5 before they can be withdrawn.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

fbajee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible for a 150% match bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount and applicable wagering requirement are stated on the promotion page at the time of registration.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered the number of times specified in the offer before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place ৳20,000 in total bets before withdrawing.
Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Crash games and slots typically contribute 100%. Table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Check the specific offer terms for details.
Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically.
One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus can be active on your fbajee account at any given time. You cannot stack multiple bonuses unless explicitly stated in the offer terms.
Abuse Prevention: fbajee monitors bonus usage patterns. Accounts found to be exploiting bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or coordinated play — will have bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

fbajee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by changes made after the claim date, provided they comply with the original offer terms.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on fbajee — including Crash Bonus, Fortune Tree, Hip Hop Panda, European Roulette Pro, Pool Rummy, Blocky Block, and all other titles — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems provided by licensed game suppliers.

fbajee is committed to fair gaming. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is published on the individual game page. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the player's account.

fbajee's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including sharing cards, signals, or game state information in real time.
Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain winnings that would not have been possible under normal game operation. Any winnings obtained through exploitation will be voided.
Attempting to launder money or use fbajee for any financial transaction that is illegal under applicable law.
Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once or to circumvent account restrictions.
Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or impersonating another person.
Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the experience of other players or the normal operation of the fbajee platform.

If your account is flagged for investigation, it may be temporarily restricted while the investigation is ongoing. fbajee will notify you of any restriction and the reason for it where legally permissible to do so.

8 Responsible Gaming

fbajee is not liable for any loss of winnings, loss of data, or other damages arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity.
fbajee's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
